For those of us who live out in the country, dealing with mice in cars is a common occurrence. The stock MX-5 fresh air intake for the AC does not have any form of protection from intrusion by mice. And mice seem to love to make nests on top of the blower fan.

I created this after multiple previous attempts at keeping mice out failed.
It uses 1/4” steel mesh embedded in a 3d printed cover to block mice from entering the fresh air intake.

Fits: ND series MX-5 (Miata) and apparently the Fiat 124 spider that is based on the ND.
